Patrick Westerham, LICSW, LCSW
Patrick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years’ experience in mental health care. He is a compassionate psychotherapist utilizing evidenced-based therapy for personal growth and healing. He specializes in identifying, processing, and addressing life's challenges, building resilience, and fostering meaningful personal growth. His approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Gottmans' Couple's Therapy, Family Systems, Mindfulness, Dialetical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Treatment Certification Training (CCTP) to serve couples, families, and individuals from ages 13 to 85 in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Angela Siler, LMFT
Angela is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over two decades of experience providing compassionate, client-centered mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. She holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. She is a current member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and is licensed to practice in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, family life-cycle transitions, and blended family dynamics for clients ages 12 and above. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Brainspotting and Mindfulness. She is known for her collaborative style and works with each client to address their unique needs.

Lori Dore’, LPC
Lori is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She enjoys working with individuals who are struggling in some aspect of their life, by providing a safe, warm, and welcoming atmosphere, helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals and live more functional lives.She earned her Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with concentrations in eating disorders and substance abuse. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College, Manitowoc, WI.
She uses collaborative and strength based approaches rooted in psychodynamics and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Her areas of interest include behavioral issues, self-esteem, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal issues, addiction, and life transitions. Early in her career, she worked with children, adolescents and their families in both home and school settings. She is an army veteran and was a military spouse for over 22 years and enjoys working with those who have served their country.

Lee A. Folstad, LMFT
Lee is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience in mental health and behavioral therapy. He holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.
In addition to his clinical work, Lee dedicated over 26 years to a distinguished career in public service, bringing a deep understanding of community needs, crisis response, and systems-based care to his therapeutic practice. His public service background enriches his approach to supporting individuals and families through complex life challenges.
Lee is a member of both the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the Wisconsin Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (WAMFT). He has completed advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Critical Incident Stress Management. Lee provides outpatient behavioral therapy (ages 18+) with a compassionate, evidence-based approach rooted in decades of real-world experience.

Bev Green, LCSW
is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and holds a Master of Science in Social Work. She brings over 30 years of experience in psychotherapy to her practice, working with clients of all ages, offering individual, couples, and family therapy. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of mental health issues, such as depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism/Asperger's, grief, trauma, emotional and behavioral disorders in children and adolescents to support clients through life's transitions and challenges.
Bev is skilled in various therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, trauma-centered approaches, grief counseling, self-compassion techniques, mindfulness and meditation, parent coaching for emotional and behavioral management, and attachment theory.
