Lisa is a Licensed Professional (Clinical) Counselor in Wisconsin andMinnesota. With over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, Lisais passionate about providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing spacewhere adult women can process, grow, and heal.
Her professional journey began in education. Lisa earned a teachingdegree from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and a Master’s degreein Teaching and Learning from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Shetaught elementary school for several years before being called to thecounseling field, later completing a Master’s Degree in ProfessionalCounseling from Liberty University.
Lisa takes a client-centered, strength-based approach to therapy andintegrates a trauma-informed lens into all her work. She draws fromevidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), andSolution-Focused Therapy. For those who desire it, she also offers biblicallybased counseling.
Lisa specializes in supporting adult women (ages 18+) dealing with anxiety,depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. Hercompassionate and empowering presence helps clients find hope, clarity,and lasting transformation.
